Hiệu ứng lấp lánh khi rê chuột vào link có trong blog của bạn

Ở một số blog,khi rê chuột vào các link,bạn sẽ thấy những hiệu ứng lung linh xuất hiện.Mình sẽ hướng dẫn bạn làm từng bước một:
Khởi đầu bằng việc bấm Thiết kế-> Theme-> Chế độ tự chỉnh sửa rồi Copy đoạn code dưới đây mà bạn cảm thấy thích vào ô CSS nhé!
